Checked my usual online shops - Bike24, Bike-Components, Wiggle - but none of them still stocks the tan-walled Clément Strada LGG clinchers. Can't find anything about them being discontinued. Who knows more about this? Some "dodgy" shops still have them on their website but the first one I contacted said they don't actually stock them.

I don’t think it’s discontinued. The company formerly known as Clement is now called Donnelly. The name was used under license from Pirelli, but now that Pirelli has its own bicycle tires, they took the name back.

An updated Donnelly branded one looks like it's coming soon.
