I don't think you need any extra washers for the screw type bb. Just pop the bb30 bearing out of the frame and install the Wheels mfg one. Then install the crank (wave washer on the drive side) and you are done.

I have the same frame and crankset but BB30. My advice is sell that crank on ebay and buy the BB30 version. They're fairly cheap, lighter, and it works perfectly with no monkeying.

If everything else above is correct, start with the wavy washer on the non drive side.
Doesn't the wave washer go on the drive side for GXP cranks? With the proper 22mm NDS bearing, the bearing is pretty much fixed to the crankset, so there's nothing for a wave washer to do on the NDS. The DS bearing is normally free floating, and the wave washer prevents bearing drift.
YES! You are absolutely correct. My whole post is a disaster but you get the idea. I was thinking of PF30, GXP, and everything else when I was posting that. Totally wrong.

I have the 61cm with all aero parts and it's 6.6kg. That's a 2016 Transonic SL, right?

Bb30 cranks are cheap compared to gxp because they are becoming obsolete because of the short axle.

They are better though if your bike supports them. You might actually make money on the change.

I think 2016 was its first year. I ordered mine in December '15 and got it in Feb '16.

Do you have any pictures of the headset or fork on the bearing side...I am not used with integrated bearings and it seems it wasnt deliver with any aluminium plate so the integrated bearings can move on.But on the fork i see raw carbon very hard and a small "Dig".That;s how they work? i mean i don't think it can harm the carbon because the lower par will stay fix when its tighten and only the inner parts moves but i want to make sure it is ok...

I don't have any photos but I just had it apart to replace the bearings with the aluminum ones that come with the Fuji SL. I don't recal a metal fork bearing race. I think the fork crown was molded to fit the bearing and for sure the frame is molded so the bearings just sit in it. So yeah, it sounds like you have it right. If you want to replace the tall bearing cover to lower the stem I used the thin bearing cover from slamthatstem.com.

Many (dare I say most) carbon forks these days have the crown race molded into the fork. They no longer require a metal one be pressed on there. So, OP, I think you are good.
