Which Rotors for R785 Calipers??

I just purchased a set of R785 shifter and calipers to replace a set of BB7 calipers.
I have a set of centrelock wheels and would like to know which rotors I can run the R785 calipers?
I know they are 140mm, but there are some different Shimano rotors. I have no idea what the difference between any of the rotor or which work together. Would any SLX or XT rotors by fine? How about the new 8070 or 9170 series?

I am running RT99 rotors with them, 160 front and 140 rear.

I am also running some sram 6 bolt on another wheelset.

160 mm:

140mm:

SM-RT800-SS
