TRP R979 Barrel adjuster

I scored a set of R979 calipers on the cheap from a clubmate. So cheap that I didn't care that the barrel adjusters were missing, or consider it to be a difficulty, assuming that I could just use some from my old brakes.

Turns out that Shimano barrel adjusters are just a little bigger than the arm will accomodate. I'm struggling to find the original replacement part in stock anywhere online, and my local shops have responded with shrugs and confusion. Anyone know of a workaround for this or a good source for TRP parts in the UK/Europe?
