So deployment got turned off and I've still been cycling. I recently switch out the zipp sprint 110mm stem and opted for a 100mm zipp speed stem which is shorter and only a 6deg drop compared to 12. Overall I think it is much better for me when reaching out and allowed me to also drop the stack height as well. Been trying to tackle 100-120mile a week with my schedule getting 20-28mile rides in during the work week. So far I've been able to do a 40 mile ride on my own not much lower back pain just fatigue from cycling. I have been wanting to get on some long group rides to log more miles since they tend to be easier, but always seem to be out of town when they have them.

Anyways when I first posted I believe my average speed was around 16mph. I went 4 months to where I wasn't cycling at all and now I've been back into it again more steadily. I have yet to do a FTP test and on my strava I just put 159 cause it seems like my average at the time. On the ride today I tried to keep my watts above 200 and speed around 20mph. At the end reached an average of 19.1mph. I am wanting to do an FTP test on zwift maybe this weekend if that will give me a more solid number. I have attached pictures for some info on what you all think I might be at if able too.

It's not just about time... quality training for 6h per week will net much better results than doing 10h "at full speed" all the time.
Keep riding, do a lot of slow/endurance rides and enjoy! Don't go for PR's every time you are out!

I understand that....Majority of the time when I do ride I try to keep the ride pretty moderate and usually push it hard the last 5 miles or so (particular route). I have done intervals as well such as 40sec in smaller gear then 20sec rest in higher gear.
