Having seen the product codes for 12 Speed I can tell you the short answer is no. The brain of the system is in the Power Unit.

Ive had multiple email conversations with P2Max and SRM.. P2Max IS directly supporting the new 12 speed... P2Max told me via email that its upto Campagnolo on how they want it to look..which he said to me was the crank design... new style look, or old style look.
SRM has told me that they have no plans to redesign the current unit at all, and its all in the new chainring... they feel that the new offset is negligible...
Campagnolo supplies the crankarms to both SRM and P2Max, so ultimately its upto Campy on how the new units arms will look... he kind of mentioned don't expect to hear anything in August though as Italy mostly shuts down LOL

I wonder what will happen if you use this new 12 speed chain on current 11 speed system. especially towards the biggest cog in the cassette where the gap is largest. will it fall off unexpectedly? im thinking getting the new crank but not the rear half just yet.
Some say pour 10ml water out of your bottle to save that last bit of the weight. Sorry, i go one step further, i tend to the rider off my bikes.

The inline adjuster is not new. It comes with a new ergolever/cable set for 2015 and newer groups. It is for the fine adjustment of front derailleur cable tension. I’m trying to remember if it actually comes in the cable package or if it is included as part of the ergo lever package (which includes all cables, etc). I know it comes as part of the ergolever/cable package but just not sure if it would come with a separate cable package. Maybe not, so good to know you can get it separately.

It comes with the 11 speed Ergopowers only. Cable kit doesn’t include it.

Prob won't be a HUGE difference, but you do know that the new crank has 1mm more offset than the 11s to accomodate for the 12s.

hmmm....I wasn't aware of that....sounds like I may need new front mech too.

Something interesting I didn't know, Shimano has some how managed to patent plugging a wire into a bicycle component. This was one of the major reasons etap went wireless and why campy is stuck using a wiring harness type idea.
Meant to ask you earlier - when you say the 12sp EPS is "on route" did the rep give you any indication of the time frame on that one? Cheers.

Today Campy USA told me an "arrival" date of Jan 2019.. It wasnt specified if that was an "arrival in North America" or an arrival to the world... If they meant arrival in North America, id expect to hear something shortly... read rumors of it being tested at the Vuelta.. guess we'll see soon enough! Also some interesting notes on wheels, the "Bora One" lineup will be the disc offerings.. the hub needs the aluminum flange support on the disc side... they told me just add Cult bearings for Bora Ultra rolling resistance (read that before) The WTO lineup will not be coming disc , rim only.
