Yes, made by Tektro. Good quality but not made inhouse :)
You need Shimano brake shoes for them.

They’ve been using Tektro made brakes on groupsets below Chorus for the best part of 8 years. Potenza, Centaur 11 and Chorus 12 all have Shimano style pads, necessitating the introduction of BR-CE500 pads in 2018.

What is the reason for Campy to do that?

This is from Campy:
3.2- Chain length for 12s electronic groupsets
"Determine the correct length of the chain positioning it on the sprocket and the smallest chainring and ensuring that
the measurment H, the distance between the bootom part of the rocker and the upper part of the chain, is about
circ 10-15mm.

Which sprocket are they taling about? Small or large?

Also, is this the correct way to determine chain length?

That should be the smallest sprocket otherwise you will never get to the point that the distance between the chain and the rocker will be 10-15mm. Please also look at the picture in the Campa manual.

I don't have EPS but I found that the easy way of determine the chain length of Campa works. So I guess this also applies to EPS groups.

It's curious that the Campag method for determining chain length is not the same between mech and EPS. EPS is as described above whereas for mechanical Campag prescribes a number of links depending on chainstay length.

They are good, but still not as good as SwissStop BXP's

I thought chain length was determined by length of chain stay for 12 speed oem

This is due to the fact that EPS and mechanical rear mechs are completely different in that the mechanical mechs sit behind the hanger and EPS sits more below the hanger. Campy calls it something but I don't remember what it is. Before they placed the mechs behind the hanger, the method to determine chain length was the same across the line.
