I fitted Potenza to my latest build after using Shimano for 15 years. I love the ergonomics, but never wanted campag because of the thumb button. However I find the EPS style on Potenza much nicer.

I'm now considering campag for my best bike! But I want the EPS type button so it might have to be a Potenza group with Chorus crank....

Unless anybody knows if Chrous will be getting updated??

I think to get the multiple down shifts out of a mechanical button it needs to be straight out like the chorus/r/sr levers, so unlikely to happen for the upper level mech shifters. You should get them anyway, I am also a shimano convert and they are great!

The thumb button is the best thing about Campag!
The Journey is more important than the Destination!
