Colnago customer response AMAZING!

So, after 2 bikes and much much....much much deliberating....I purchased a new C60 that was on sale.
Long story short, went to register my frame online on their website.....Hong Kong does not exist as a country or Region.
Emailed them.......15mins later.....SERIOUSLY.....15mins....I get a reply email (not automatic response) from their sales team in Italy. All registered now.
TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER RESPONSE! Well done.
I know its not a warranty claim thing, they could have ignored my email.
Factor bikes in UK are another really switched on with their response.

Yeah, go to warranty it for shoddy paint and let us know how great they are then.
yea, I don't think that will go down too well , I could have declined the frame and not paid but I decided to buy it.....wasn't going to spend US$5000+ on a C64 because the C60 has a 1mm chip.
It is way better than Bianchi though, I sent an email to warranty@bianchi.com according to their website....just to register my frame......that was Sept 2017!! I still haven't had a reply.

The having to register it via email for warranty is a super dumb system anyway. The manufacturer should coordinate with your LBS, that sold you the bike and have the warranty automatically apply from purchase.

We've been conditioned to jump for joy when a company responds to an email because we don't expect it. Sad state of affairs!
