Weight Weenies

So Andrea at bellatisport went to Italy and saw the Colnago C64 Mapei edition. He was told that the paint scheme is not in current catalogs but can be done if he has 10 orders or more. I would like to order one but need at least 9 more folks to get to 10. If you are interested, contact Andrea Bellati at info@bellatisport.com and tell him you want to order the Mapei c64 and that I told you about the group buy. I have bought all my Colnago through him and he is first rate.

If we don’t get 10 orders we will have to wait till 2019 before it gets into the catalog.

I understand Mapei is iconic with Colnago but tbh I wouldn't buy new frame with Mapei advertise unless it would be cheaper than stock colour.

Not a fan of that. Also the eBay carbon saddle painted to match looks especially tacky.

I just wish Colnago would make C40s in Mapei colour scheme still. I think each trade paint scheme is specific to the time and replicating on new model frames makes little sense.

Agree with previous opinions, it looks a bit cheapish and it should just keep the original paint scheme.

The Mapei Colnagos are certainly handsome bikes. I find it intersting that one of the biggest doping era teams gets a free pass. Nobody would be caught dead these days riding a US Postal bike!

Buy 10 and sell 9 on eBay for twice the price

Agree totally, don't like this "version" of the Mapei color way, C60 looks better x100.
