This may sound a bit puzzled but I'm looking for a riser adaptor for my bars (https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/HBSEULTCH ... -handlebar) that allows me to rotate/angle the extensions up whilst keeping the base bar level.

This is all I can find as an example (second pic) - http://www.profile-design.com/product/a ... -ultimate/

Any suggestions would be great and thanks in advanced.

There aren't any adjustable tilt kits in the aftermarket, getting a custom wedge is your only option.
