New used bike - Which one? Canyon vs look vs CAAD?

Hi.
I want to upgrade my ride and I have found three used bikes in which I think are good.
My budget is 1000-1500 Dollars.

I have narrowed it down to three different bikes. These bikes cost under 1000 Dollars / 600 Pounds.

Look (2007) 586 carbon - Ultegra 6700 groups with Dura ace 7900 rear and front deraileur. Chiamillo brakes, selle italia carbon saddle.
Canyon F10 Ultimate CF (2007) - Complete Campy record 10-speed ridden 15.000 km. Fulcrum 5 wheels (used) and what else.
Cannondale Caad10 alloy (2012) with 105 groupset and aksium wheels.

Which would you prefer, or should i buy a newer bike for more money?

Out of the options you have listed, I would personally go with the newest (the CAAD).
However, I would seriously consider some of the cheaper options from Giant or Canyon such as the TCR Advanced or the Ultimate AL.

What about a Madone 4-Series with Ultegra 6800? Shouldnt you be able to get one of those for about $1000 second hand?
