I wonder if using a waxed chain will help the alloy cassettes last longer?

Any more updates on the OMNI Racer Ti Cassettes? I'm thinking about a lighter 11-32 cassette and have thought about options from bDob, ZTTO, and S-Road. The bDob and Omi-Racer are quite a bit lighter than the others, but while the bDob is alloy the Omni is Ti and should last longer. The Omni is very expensive though and I would be really upset if it didn't shift well.
