Hi there

Can anyone recommend sub 170g saddles that don't have over sized (9mm) carbon rails?

you can get a BERK with round rails.

Selle SLR Ti is under 140g usually. Lots of Ti rail saddles will fit your spec.

The Selle San Marco Aspide, available in standard round rail configurations, is around 140g.

Berk with round 7mm rails for a rider weight of 85kg from what i remember.
