Has anyone ordered Berner derailleur cages lately?

I love the Berner cages; have used them for many years. But are they slooooow at responding email/order requests!!!! I need to order a new cage for my Campy EPS derailleur but after four emails, I have had no response. I give them a couple of weeks in between emails (I am a patient person), and but nada! No response!

What's your experience suggestions if you have worked with them?

Not lately. Are you corresponding in German or English? In the past, I had to wait for Timo's daughter (who was 12 at the time) to translate for him!
