After the "old" Supersix EVO is slowly loosing market shares, Cannondale has finally decided to bring a new frame "SYSTEMSIX".
The frame has been approved from the UCI.

Let's see when Cannondale announces it officially....

Yepp Cannondale needed to release an aero bike road.
Let's see if this is an all-round road bike with aero advantage like others (F10, Aeroad) or a more innovative aero bike with the new rules of the UCI...

I had an 07 SystemSix. Best frame I've ever owned. I'd probably still be racing it had my neighbor not hit me with her car.

Finally!

Surely an aero bike to sit alongside the Evo.

Why using for a new bike the same name of their old alu/carbon frame?

Because brands with very short history needs to create it by using some previous model names.
Just my guess.

Yep! Young brands (compared to Bianchi, Colnago, Pinarello,...) try to establish a stronger awareness on a specific model linked to the history. See Specialized with the Allez etc....

So is there a time table for possible release? when we might see it raced or in the wild? anything? :)

The SYSTEMSIX frame from Cannondale was approved from the UCI in July 2017 so I suppose it will be announced soon. I think at Paris-Nice or at the Dauphiné Libéré.

This got me hyped. Because I built SystemSix last year, I am intrigued what it will be :)
