i don't see what either pinarello or colnago bring to e-bikes. other than style or branding i see nothing. might as well go with a giant etc

E-bikes are selling suprisingly well. Heard something like 30% of the new bikes are e-bikes. Guess everyone wants their piece of that pie.

well at least in ny a moped requires a license, an ebike does not. there's a regulatory incentive to go ebike.

Me too.

Aside from getting in on the e-bike game (and profits), which I can understand... seems to me like it'll dilute the Colnago brand, which has always stood for high-end, high-quality, race-worthy machinery with a dose of legend, history and beauty.
