What has happened to Museeuw bikes?

Looks like they went out of business few years ago, but I haven't noticed. Anyone knows the details? Poor sales I assume?

Though I understand they're still selling bikes out of their Belgian factory, according to their Facebook page.

That's not an endorsement, by the way - just an observation.
