shimano freehub body for chosen hub?

I was wondering if anyone knows a source for chosen freehub bodies (4za disc hub), I have a campy one that I'd like to change to shimano but I can't find one. The back has CHO-12 Sen-03 are these the model series or who they were manufactured for?
