Searching for Shimano shoe info: R300 to R321/RC7

Hi, I am a long time user of the old r300 shoe which is a perfect fit for me and has served well. I had it thermo fitted and have custom insoles too. The carbon of the heels, after a few DIY fixes is finally giving up. I have a chance to buy an almost new set of r321's or the RC7's both at a great price. Question is size. It is not possible to try the R321 shoe anymore in any shops near me and nobody has stock of the RC7.

My r300's are euro 43. Anyone have experience of these two shoes? Is a 43 in the newer model r321 or RC7 going to fit the same?
