Mine is completely stock right now. Where should I start to reduce weight? I'd prefer to start with the cheaper parts before changing moving to the wheels. I'm about to have my fork cut and maybe the seat post as well. I was thinking maybe getting some Bontrager Speed Stop Pro's or the Bontrager XXX Integrated Bar/Stem.

swapping the stock tubes to latex is probably the biggest low cost change, you can drop 100g (closer to 150 if you can find vredensteins) and save a few watts in rolling resistance as well.
