Hello,

I stopped cycling last year (2016) and now I want to return. Was looking for a bike and found this Trek Emonda ALR 5, used, nice looking, overall in good condition.
Seems like the geometry has changed a little bit from model 2016 to 2017.
The Trek is size 54, the geometry is H2, 2016 model:

And the model 2017:

Also, this are my measurements:

So, would the trek fit well? I intend to do local races as well...

Looks like a 54 would work. That said, you seem to have very long legs for your height. Might have to run a shorter stem if your torso is on the short side.

I have a similar build to you. 173cm tall and long legs/short torso. I needed to go with shorter reach bars on my 54 as the stem is already 90mm stock. Very happy now. Thought about the 52 but was only 2mm shorter in reach so didnt see the point there. Its a great bike, absolute rocketship with a new set of wheels! good luck
