Madone Disc Spotted
Moderator: robbosmans
I spotted this on Twitter this morning, put out by Trek-Segafredo. It’s pretty clearly the Madone Disc, all the way in the back.
Let the speculation begin!

That could very well debut at TdF and then available to retail channel at the end of 2018!

Surprised at how little has changed in the rear. I would have thought the Madone would have gotten a significant refresh in the looks department.

The Teammachine SLR01 Disc is not an aero bike.
Nor is the Pinarello Dogma F10 Disc for Team Sky.

You're wrong. Go see the test of aero rims brakes. The F10 tested very well for a frame with BSA and traditionals rims brakes against others frames with more aerodynamic brakes of integrations cockpits .
All on eyes on Cervelo now then..
Discs have actually dampened my hopes of a big design update. Why bother with a massive effort when you can rejig the frame to fit discs and market it as the latest must have.
With Cervelo though, they made their name on aerodynamics, so for them to bring out a new flagship that's slower in the wind tunnel would be somewhat awkward. Guess it's telling that they're one the last to have their flagship spotted on DB's.
Re: Pinarello F10 - yes, that is an aero bike, through and through. Seems to be one of the most aerodynamic on the market right now too.
