Shimano 8020 hydraulic shifter hoods

Hi

Can anyone help with the reach on the Shimano hydraulic (non Di2) levers.

I’m switching from 6800 and 9100 and wondered if the hoods are anymore stretched out.

I'm running DA 9050 and Ultegra 8020 shifters and yes the 8000 shifters are certainly longer, I've not measured them, but I'd guess an extra 5mm.
