I'm trying to fine the lowest possible stack headset bearing cover for an Emonda.
Currently have an FSA cover that's 10mm. Was hoping to get something 5mm'ish, however it's proving difficult as the bearing sticks out of the frame a couple of mm. So the with the slam that stem ones you can see the bearing.
Can anyone recommend something with a good fit?

I have considered same, and asked at the local trek store. They said it’s no problem to fit a 5 mm. Gave me the impression they have them in stock.

Let us know what you find. I did some googling and it looks like the standard cone is 15mm and FSA has a “short” 9mm cone so maybe what you have is the shortest. Anyway, I’m curious to know how you solve this. Best.

Keep in mind Trek recommends a 5mm spacer above and below the stem including the bearing cover.

Cane Creek just released their new Slamset headset. It's claim 2mm stack height. I think this is what you're looking for: https://www.canecreek.com/store/headset ... 41-top-167

Hmmm I suppose it depends if that bearing is designed to sit fully in the frame or not.
There's a new bearing that goes with it, the Hellbender, which helps lower the stack to that low level.
