im currently switching from Shimano to sram and my bike is pf30, but I keep hearing BB30 is stiffer, is this true??
I will be installing Kogel BB pf30 with 30mm so that the bb30 crank can fit. Will I feel a difference going from Shimano 24mm to srams's 30mm? or dose it even matter??
switching from pf30 24mm to pf30 bb30 cranks ??

No, you won't feel a difference, but you might think you do feel (just because you will spend money )
The real WW benefit of going 24 -> 300 is that with 30mm axle, you have a larger crank selection, including the lightest ones, such as THM Clavicula SE etc. But Shimano -> SRAM or vice versa... no perceivable difference.
