Scott CR1 frame size?

I've been away from cycling for some years. I used to ride a 56cm frame, measured centre of bottom bracket to centre of seat pin bolt. I have a 32 inch inside leg. I'm moving abroad soon and have seen a second hand Scott CR1 which I'm keen to check out. Before I drive to see this used bike can anyone tell me if bike frames are still measured in the same way as I described (centre to centre). I'm told the Scott that I'm looking at is a size Large which is apparently a 56cm.
Many thanks in advance

Thanks Squashednuts, but unfortunately that chart is too low res' to read. I tried saving the image etc but it's still too low resolution. I'll try to find another copy online.

Google is your friend! :| just type 'Scott CR1 geometry' and you get plenty of hi-res geo tables!

Inside leg only matters as a point of convenience when mounting/dismounting. What matters is whether the reach and stack are to your liking. I had a 2007 CR1. It had a tall endurance geometry, so a 56cm could fit the average 5’10-5’11” rider with an inside leg of 32” in an fairly upright position.

it depends what sort of age the CR1 is.
If its like this (2012ish):

then the geo chart/ size recommendation is miles out. I'm 174cm and it puts me firmly in the med/54cm camp, but due to the stupid geometry, i needed the reach of the med, but the stack of the small.

I sold it on to someone who is 6ft, and he fit it a lot better than i did.

It's a pity as the ride quality was great.
