What an outfit. The guy answers the phone himself, is very patient and gives great service. He really seems to be interested in doing the right thing by his product and for his customers. Is this guy really in the bike bussiness??? There is hope in this world after all. Bravo Ted Ciamillo.

That is great to hear. I have read a few of his posts and he seems like he is genuinly trying to make a great product and offer great service. That is why I love to support the "little guy" whenever possible.

My next big bike upgrade is definitely going to be his brakes!

Three weeks ago I placed an online order for a set of Zero Gravity brakes. I still have yet to receive them. I sent Ted an email 2 weeks ago and he said that he hoped they would be shipped the next day. I have sent him 2 emails this week and I still haven't received a response yet. I know he is really busy so I don't want to bother him with a lot of emails.

Mainly I am wondering how long I am going to have to wait. Has anyone else ordered a set recently? If so, how long was the wait? I figure that I will give him a couple more days in case he is out of town or is experiencing a computer problem etc... Then I'll call him and see what's up.

(watch- now that I post this they will arrive tomorrow  )

Hey rouge, don't worry man, you'll get them. 8) They are the BOMB! I'll make a detailed post about the Zero G's later today or tomorrow, but I'll tell you, they work great!

Ted, you da man! :D

Thanks for the reply. I know I don't have anything to worry about with Ted and I really don't need them anytime soon since I'm still waiting on my C-50. My only concern is that I changed credit card companies and I paid for them with the old card and I'm concerned that there might be a problem.

Of course, it's probably a whole lot of worring about nothing since it seems to have gone through okay. I take it that the brakes work as advertised? Get that write-up on here soon and include lots of pictures!

I'd like to post an update--- I just received an email from Zero Gravity apologizing for the delay. Of course they displayed the outstanding customer service that everyone raves about. They are going to overnight the brakes to me which is something they REALLY don't have to do but it is much appreciated.

I'll submit a post on the brakes after I get them.
