If you don't mind my asking, how did you manage to remidy the differences Pukutis?

Yeah... I haven't compared them but I guess I'll have to. Right now I have my favero "discounting" 4% on each side to equalize to the neo readings. It would be nice to have them the same.

Mind that the Neo should read a bit lower due to drive train losses.

When does the SPD-SL patent expire? Sowhere in 2022, right?

YES, FINALLY!!! i love these pedals for their power meter, but the cleat interface sucks compared to SPD-SL.
now if they could only make a rubber seal to protect the bearings from water ingress, all would be perfect ;)

I don't think it matters because they won't actually be making SPD-SL pedals, just pods/spindles/cartridges. This would be similar to the Garmin Vector 2 spindle/cartridge kit that allowed you use Ultegra pedal bodies.
