Information on this seems to be thin on the ground. Who knows anything more about it? 3T have developed cassettes around it and 1x12 road can't be far away.

Still wondering why SRAM hasn't made 10-28/32/36/38 XDR road cassettes to go 1x11 without loosing top end running a 46/48 front ring. Waiting for 1x12?

Wasn't it in the 3T thread superdave all but confirmed 12 speed? I reckon news can't be far off, 2018 is coming up fast and I'm guessing Aqua Blue will have their new bikes good to go for the new season.

do you guys think SRAM would release free firmware upgrade to the existing eTap to support 1x12? (assume that the RD could do it mechanically) It would be a push to 1x adaptation I guess...
