I have a Rotor 3D quarq and SRAM Red quarq. I prefer the rotor but given that I'm running SRAM cranks on my TT and winter bike and want to be able to swap the quarq around. Any advice will be appreciated.

The Rotor marries to the BB it is sitting in. The SRAM marries to the BB it is sitting in (GXP, BB30?).

If you want to swap them, you need to swap the BBs. Or, if you’ve got Press fit in one frame and threaded in the other, you need some new bottom brackets.

I think.

The OP never specified axle and bb standards. Please do so that we may help you better.
