Recommend me a tough tubeless 4 season type tire

I'm sick to the back teeth of tubes, been a MTB tubeless convert for 7 or more years. I already have Schwalbe G-one 30mm on my bikepacking/gravel bike, but need something more road specific and in the 25mm-28mm (measured) range 4 season tire. My favourite tire thus far is a GP4000S2, but alas the sidewalls are too weak in my area, due to road debris, mostly small stones fallen from construction traffic, so I use 25mm Continental 4 seasons. Basically I want something like a Conti 4 season especially with that level of sidewall protection, but would trade weight for speed. I'll run orange sealant.

Any ideas? :D Thanks in advance.

You could consider Hutchinson Sector. They're available in 28mm and now 32mm width. I have had a pair of Sector 28s in use for a couple of years and they're remarkably tough given a weight of around 300g. Not the absolute fastest but no boat anchors either.

There's also a Hutchinson Intensive 2 tubeless, and a Hutchinson Fusion 5 All Season tubeless, both available in 25mm, neither of which I have tried.

IRC formula pro x-guard. It is the least cut prone tyre that I have found that feels like a race tyre.

There is a road.cc review if you want someones else opinion about it. yes I sent them the tyre but I had no say about what they wrote. I did not even know until a few weeks ago they had published it.

I think the Sectors measure out wider than that on a wide rim (not for certain, don't own any). I am testing out the Panaracer Race Type A currently. I prefer large tires to even race on and my go-to is Schwalbe Pro one. These don't hold a candle to the Schwalbes but they seem much toguher and multi-season. However, they are decent tires and measure bang on 25mm on my Boyd Altamonts.

My Sector 28s are a shade under 30mm width mounted on a Velocity A23 rim which I think is 17mm internal. I run them about 70-80 psi.

How much do you weigh? 80psi on 30mm wide tubeless is quite high.

78kg, yeah could run them lower I guess. If you've grown up riding 23mm anything under 100psi seems daring...

My sector 28's measure 28 mm on my 15c rims.
My other recommendation would be the Fusion 5 All Season. At least the 25 mm measure true to size on 15c rims.
