In regards to the headset that was supplied, what are the thin metal washers for? Every headset I've installed is simple...fork race, lower bearing, top bearing, centering ring, and then the headset cap. Are the metal washers/spacers needed in this set up?

Edit...Nevermind... They are just small spacers.


Probably to adjust the gap of the headset cover.

Right, to adjust the gap of the headset cover. The delivered 3 washers weren't enough at my setup so i used a 1.5mm carbon spacer instead of the washers.
