I will be in and out of Germany over the next several months and was considering purchasing a Canyon frameset while over there.

For all you that are from the area and/or have been there, is it possible to go buy their facility in Koblenz and purchase a frameset? I have checked the European website and they don't appear to have a medium available, but thought this might not reflect a local inventory.

Any advice?

cheers

While there are some bikes available for pickup at the Koblenz showroom there does not seem to be any framesets.
Have a look here and make sure to view the category "bikes to go":

I suggest to ask them directly. There're tons of options that are available, but not shown online.

I've been to the showroom and they have a sales counter there. I assume you can buy anything they have in stock. May be worth making sure the item is at the building with an advanced call as they have 3 locations in the city. The staff are multilingual and customer service is very good.
