I have a 2016 Colango C60. I would like to run Continental Grand Prix 4000 tires in size 25mm. I know these tires (25 mm) will not fit on my C59 or Masterlight. Does anyone have any experience with these tires on this particular frame.

Yes they work, but you couldn't fit anything wider than those.

Conti Gp4000 25mm fit fine on the front, but only just give enough clearance on the rear. It depends on the wheels you're using but the tyres are very tall. I use campag boras and have about 2mm vertical clearance to the rear brake bridge so tyre debris is an issue particularly in the wet.
