Looking for a flat topped compact handlebar that light.
Something like the 3T Ergonova but with a flat transition to the hoods. I've seen the Lightweight Kompaktbuegel that could fit the bill but can't find a side on shot to get an idea of the shape.
Any other ideas?

Good call. Similar to the lightweight but with less reach.

Ritchey WCS Carbon Streem II
Schmolke Evo Compact would fit the bill.

FSA are too narrow. I want a full.
Those Ritchey are nice but a touch heavy compared to the others. I'll check the Schmolke out but from memory they're even more expensive than the AX Lightness

The Ritchey is more of a full on aero roadbar with internal cable routing compared to the others. It does have more room for clamping on a Garmin or a light than other aero bars though.
If you want to have a full wrap of handlebar tape on the tops, I wouldn't use it.

All true statements. I should have looked closer at the 3T bar mentioned in the OP and I would have realized that the Ritchey bars are not really in the same category.
