I'm interested in the Spécialités TA Podium light cassettes but don't know about reliability, especially the bigger alloy cogs ( sorry french website link)

I would like to make a junior 14-30 gearing cassette for the junior hilly events.
Anyone uses/used these cassettes can give reviews ?

Thanks :beerchug:

Are we talking Primato, Primato light or Supertype ?
I've had only bad (very bad !) experiences with junior Miche Primato 10S Shimano/Sram cassettes.
IMO Miche dialed Campagnolo machining ok (from reviews), but not Shimano/Sram since 10S.

or else, get 2 ultegra cassettes, 14-28 and 11-32, and combine to
14-15-16-17-18-19-20-22-25-28-32
well known shift quality, and probably cheaper

There where some issues with miche 10 speed shimano sprockets but not with 11 speed shimano or campagnolo. I use both shimano and campagnolo 11 speed miche cassettes myself and have no bother. I sell lots and have no bother beyond the people who buy the wrong cassette or who cant fit one.

Avoid supertype, they wear out quickly. The only difference between primato 11 speed and primato light 11 speed is the alloy large sprocket.

I use basilic's solution and like it a lot. Miche has a 14-32 cassette, but the mid section is 19-21-23-25 and I prefer 19-20-22-25.

Still looking for something like a 16-40(42) though, to tackle the Pendle 600 in the future. So far no solution found except to HTFU.

Miche make sprockets. retailer or distributors order cassettes from those sprockets. I have an account with miche I buy the sprockets and then assemble into the cassette to whatever the customer want. so almost any combination is possible. so that 14-15-16-17-18-19-20-22-25-28-32T is quite possible.

Almost no one though stocks the sprockets and assembles custom cassettes. the u.k distributor does not buy them this way. I cannot figure out why, they sell like hot cakes.
