Looks like Canyon finally opened up shop in the US. Doesn't look like there's much of selection though.

Their US road product line seems to be comprised of slow moving units from other markets-there are huge holes in the line up at the SRAM Force/Ultegra level and almost no rim brake bikes.

Perhaps they rushed to make it a August opening as promised? :noidea:

But agree with two previous replies.....
Basically DOA
They should have waited till they could do it right or not do it at all.

Went to look into spares for my ULT Cf, none to be found. Darn.

Pretty weak model selection. Just for fun I added an Ultimate 9.0 to the cart. All ready to go but there is not possible way to change the handlebar/stem from the 41.0cm bar/100mm stem combo to a 41.0/120? Big fail, IMO.

Cant do that in mainland either. Can be changed without extra fee, just need to sort it out with customer service

Sadly I would probably sell the handlebar/stem. It doesn't even look like they make a 430mm/90mm combo.

Disappointing offerings imo. Was expecting a better effort from Canyon USA as a USA customer.

I am hoping they are not 100% operational, and the huge gap before low and high end model will be filled in soon, not that I am in any hurry to give them my money .. :p

I guess I just find it disappointing that something as necessary as bar/stem/crank customization cannot be worked in to the user interface to configure before adding to cart? If Canyon really wants to make this a seamless online process this would be very helpful, or at least have some information about how to go about swapping components (ie. calling customer service). I looked around on the site and there is nothing in the FAQ or anywhere else that talks about how to customize components.
