I'm 155-lbs.

How about Ax-Lightness Ultra 25 Tubs? Better than Enve 2.2 Tubs with ceramic hubs?

Way better than 2.2's but your initial post suggested Shimagnolo so I'm not sure if you're worth saving :noidea:

If i had a healthy budget for a dream bike right now, it would be the evo with mechanical SR and bora 35. Electric and/or discs woulf be wonderful too but the total for a highend bike would be ridiculous, i'll never have that kind of money :)

35mm carbon rims do make sense as such wheels are stiffer than shallower rimmed wheels given the same spoke count.
