I don't plan on doing any cyclocross racing. I will be using it for long rides with medium portions of off road.

I am just shy of 5'11 (5'10,3/4") and my 2016 56s WorldCup fits great. It is not sloping so a 56 colnago should fit perfectly. The "s" confused me too as I have a c60 with sloping geometry and ride a 52s in that. I do have a 90 stem on it. fYi I use a. Pro Vibe Carbon seatpost and now it rides as smooth as my Ti lynsky. The carbon vibe seatpost transformed the WorldCup from a pretty harsh stiff aluminum buttbuster into a butterball! Thinking of putting a carbon handlebar to smooth out the front end but the carbon fork dampens the buzz enough for right now.
