I guess it's that with the usual spindle and Cannondale spacers for BB30.

Not easy.
The Cannondale spindle isn't really long enough. IIRC, the new BB30a is a 5mm longer, but that is still too short.

Short answer, not going to work regardless of spindle length. Long answer, unless you are planning a single ring setup, then longer spindles are not going to help because unlike the spider of a BB386 crank, a Hollowgram BB30 crank lacks any offset, thus the longer spindle will only serve to move the chain rings further away from the frame.

This has been discussed ad nauseum
It won't won't work. There are longer axles for myb but if used on a road bike q factor will be huge and chainline will result in a nonfunctional drivetrain.

So the q factor will be no bigger than a fat bike so not sure that is an issue and the longer spindle doesn't move the chain rings further away from the frame.
However the chain line will be off as the spider is not offset back to the frame like a BB386 crank. The question is how much is it off. I think like ms6073 said single should be ok
