Ordered a C60 in August, took delivery mid November.
It has a single piece BB metal insert - see attached pic
Col.
@BigCol you clearly have a 2018 frame, I wonder why you have the BB alloy sleeve, they must not have changed it for all builds. Thoughts? have you ever seen one without?

@nickstea: You are good, if that red BB is yours. You could post up a pic of the entire frame. The fact that some frames (from the same year) have the two piece version versus the one piece sleeve is just the overlap of frames while changing over. The file you are looking at which outlines real vs fake is really good. I've seen fake EPS frames before, but I've never seen a fake C60, but obviously they exist. But from the looks of your BB shell, I'm saying it's real.
Why are you so concerned? Does the source where you're getting it from seem to be on the shady side side of things? Is the deal too good to be true. Use your judgement. I hate dealing with parties that I don't know. So even if it is real, that doesn't necessarily mean it was sourced "legitimately". Buyer Beware and all that. But it sounds like you've already got it in your hands, no?

The white one (a few posts above) is mine. I bought it on ebay. Seller seams legit, says it came from the director of a pro team. Got a good deal, but nothing crazy, probably market price for a “used” frame (however it was never used). I’m just a nervous nelllie. I already have it in my hands I have 2 weeks to return it. I checked with colnago and it seems to check out, I just didn’t like this sleeveless bottom bracket. My frame (the PLWH) is a 2017 yet it has the two piece version.

Ok... the white one looks fine. I would be a nervous Nellie too buying stuff on e-Bay. Got burned once on a big ticket item... not really burned, but the seller sort of swapped a couple things from the newest version, with the older version, and I guess didn't think I'd notice. Ha. Anyway, it eventually all got sorted but not before going through a paypal dispute. That's the one and only time I've bought anything off eBay and glad I used PayPal to do it with. But if it all looks good and new as they say, then as for the frame's legitimacy I think you're ok. As to whether it was acquired by the seller legitimately... who knows. Did you ask a few more details... like which Director, which team... that looks like a standard color... which team uses that standard color... especially if it's a pro team you could easily just do a search on the internet looking for pics of that teams bikes. I guess I would care if it was stolen and I would not want to be a part of it, in any way shape or form.

Yeah, it comes from team novo nordisk, who uses hat color scheme. The rep at Colnago also confirms it’s a team bike so I’m probably ok.

Yes, the red one above has the sleeve too. What's weird is that on Tapatalk, I can't see the pics of the white one, but I can see them on my desktop computer. Oh well... a mystery that I'll try not to lose any sleep over.

So what’s the excuse for changing the sleeve?
The whole patented idea of the bb and the sudden - sillent change of it, doesn’t look good.
If my frame comes without sleeve, could I buy one and add it?
I really don’t like the new thing..
anyone here with some official info?
