Sram etap battery keeps breaking

Hi I recently purchased etap and the battery of the rear derailleur keeps braking off at the tab where it sits on top. I found some reviews on amazon speaking about the same issue.
Anyone out there with this problem. I have gone thru 3 batteries already.
I believe it is mainly the rear derailleur because it is metal against plastic. The front I noticed that the battery sits on plastic.
