anyone know if there's a difference in the carbon layup and weight between the SL and SL2 KOM?

i'm not a big fan of either color but if have to choose, i'd prefer the KOM. but wondering if the frameset are the same and cost difference is just in the components?

Frame is exactly the same! The difference between a KOM and a regular TCR is that the KOM version comes with a bigger ratio cassete and 54/30 chainrings.

Between those 2 the difference is only in the components. Frameset is the same!

There are 3 TCR ranges:

TCR ADVANCED SL - top of the range carbon layup. It has ISP and both rear and front dropouts as well as BB shell is also carbon. It has also the carbon overdrive 2 steerer tube.

TCR ADVANCED PRO- mid range carbon layup. Non ISP. front and rear alloy dropouts. alloy bb shell. carbon overdrive 2 steerer fork tube.

TCR ADVANCED - same frame as Advanced. Non overdrive 2 fork with alloy steerer.
