No experience with CeramicSpeed or C-Bear, but I'm using a Kogel Ceramic PF BB86 (road seals, not cross) and it's been great. Good luck!

I use Ceramic Speed BBs on all my road bikes. Thousands of miles in all types of weather with no issues. Have Cermic Speed bearings in two sets of my wheels and in my Time pedals. Again, no issues. They get flak due to price and perhaps some questionable performance gain claims but from my experience they make a quality product.
