Your freehub looks OK. That last sprocket relationship to it is normal.

The lockring is the obvious culprit. Nowhere close to the Campy one.

"The photo below shows a 11-speed Campy lockring on a Campy freehub (actual Campagnolo, not "compatible"), just prior to threading on.

I measured the thread engagement as approx 3 full turns to tighten.

If OP performs the same experiment with his Campy lockring it might confirm a suspicion of mine that his freehub is either not to Campy spec. or has thread damage."

I unfortunately couldn't get the attached picture to show load... In any event, with the campagnolo lockring and campagnolo freehub I get a full 3 turns as you did so the freehub is to spec.

I consider Extralite a trustworthy company (perhaps misplaced trust) so assume the lockring is made for a different version (10s or otherwise) and that the description on their site is not as specific as needed... Or that i didn't research enough to know better.

The photo is hosted in Google. I can see it but don't fully understand how to post it publicly.

Anyway your problem is nothing to do with 10 vs 11 speed. They are the same threadwise and the 10-speed also goes in for 3 turns. In fact they are interchangeable.

It's the manufacturer that is at fault.
