New bike need help GAN S 2017 or F8 used frame

I tried both the Gan RS (which looks great) and the F8 at the Cyclist magazine track day event last year.

I didn't consider the Gan RS again after trying the F8, its just in a different league. I believe The Bike Rooms occasionally have ex demo F8's at the same price although I guess they would of been used fairly extensively as they're loaned out locally and possibly brought in from their hired stock in Mallorca.
