Looks nice. Look forward to hearing more stats about the frame. Wonder how many more grams they were able to knock off the frame compared to the current one.

Thinner seatstays and thicker chainstays? Looks pretty similar everywhere else.

Looks like a fatter headtube (so maybe downtube too), wider shoulders on the seatstays, maybe a bit more slope to the TT.

Looks like they improved the Di2 routing as well.

Smaller font on the Aeolus wheels, looks better IMO, I wonder if they're different as well?

Also brake cable enters to frame from other side.

Disappointing they didn't integrate the junction box into the frame like on the Madone.

When would Shimano create a electric contacts standard so that the exposed wires to FD and RD could be ditched?

The gold contacts would connect the FD RD to the frame at the mounting point and then it will look clean!

Purely from an aesthetics point of view, I like this one more than the new tarmac

The cabling ruins the overall effect for me.

I think he means the Di2 cable (or what at least appears to be a Di2 cable) in the second picture looks bad.

I agree with that, but other than that it looks amazing.

You guys aren't following the details. "New vs. old."
