Is anyone running Etap with a shimano crankset? I'm thinking about running eTap on a TT bike with a Shimano 9150 crank (want that all black) and I'm wondering if anyone has done something similar? Issues? Problems? It seems like on the service, things should sync up fine. I've see people complain of eTap issues with oval rings, but haven't seen any mention of Shimano compatibility issues.

the main things to look at are crank clearance and frame geometry, especially chainstay length

the specification is here, you can check if your cranks/frame look like they'll work ok ... 7_road.pdf

No issues here running a da9000 crankset with an eTap groupo.

My fault entirely but I did manage to knock the FD while loading it into the car one day and scracthed the bottom end and outside of the FD cage on the inner arm of DS crank! Rode home in the dark for 50kms and figured out what i'd done the next day. Ooops!
