Specialized OSBB with S-Works Crankset spacers?

Hello WW,
I have a questions about installing my S-Works Crankset on my 2012 Venge. Normal PF30 are 68mm wide but the OSBB is 61mm wide. My wheels manufacturing bottom bracket included two 3.5 mm spacers to make up the difference. I am wondering if those need to be installed with my S-Works Crankset or if specilized designed it to work with the 61mm shell width.
